  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • 200 grams egg noodles or rice noodles
  • 1 small onion (sliced)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 teaspoons fresh ginger (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in the wok over high heat until it shimmers.
  2. Step 2: Add the marinated beef slices and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they start to brown. Remove and set aside.
  3. Step 3: Add the remaining tablespoon of oil to the wok and stir-fry the onion, garlic, and ginger for about 1 minute.
  4. Step 4: Add the bell peppers and stir-fry for another 2 minutes until they start to soften but remain crunchy.
  5. Step 5: Return the beef to the wok and add hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and white pepper. Stir well to combine.
  6. Step 6: Add the cooked noodles and toss everything together for another 2 minutes, ensuring the noodles are well coated with the sauce.
  7. Step 7: Taste and add salt as needed.
  8. Step 8: Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
