  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Fresh cilantro or green onion, for garnish

Instructions

Step 1: Marinating the Pork

  • Mix the pork slices with fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and ground white pepper.
  • Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes to soak up the flavors.

2: Heating the Wok

  • Heat your wok over medium-high heat until it starts to smoke slightly.
  • Add the vegetable oil and swirl it around to coat the wok evenly.

3: Cooking the Garlic

  • Add the minced garlic to the hot oil. Stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant and slightly golden.

4: Stir-Frying the Pork

  • Add the marinated pork slices to the wok. Stir-fry continuously for 5-6 minutes until the pork is fully cooked and has a nice brown sear.

  • Taste and adjust seasoning if needed with more fish sauce or soy sauce.

  • Once the pork is cooked, transfer it to a serving plate and garnish with fresh cilantro or chopped green onion.
